Clarity
We understand the question before proposing an answer.
03ABOUT / THE STUDIO
The idea first. Planning always.
IDEA & PLANNING is a Saudi studio in Riyadh that sees interior design as a system of decisions—not a collection of isolated beautiful objects.
03.1OUR PHILOSOPHY
Every decision has a reason.
We seek a balance between what people need and what the space needs. Function, beauty, design, and execution are all parts of one plan.
We read the project through movement, light, material, and human scale, then document decisions so they remain clear to everyone.
03.2THE PRINCIPLES
Purpose
No detail without a function or intended effect.
Continuity
The logic of the design remains present on site.
Calm
A confident space does not need visual noise.
DESIGN + SITE
Our team moves between drawing and site.
Design knowledge and execution detail meet in our work because the distance between them is often where decisions are lost.
